I used to attend this clinic until my doctor moved to a different clinic which I also switched to. However, my doctor has gone on a lengthy sabbatical and the clinic he went to has closed and I have been unable to find a new doctor. I received a message from Callingwood Crossing a few weeks ago that they recently received some bloodwork I had done from the lab which they wanted to review with me and also mentioned in the message that I may be able to get a family doctor there. I returned their call 4 times over the last 2 weeks and was only able to leave voicemail messages each time asking them to return my call. So far I haven’t received a call back even though their voice mail recording says they will return my call within 24 hours. I get they are busy but I am not impressed.

Dr. Ameera Brett is truly the best most knowledgeable doctor our family has met in Canada; which we've lived here for two decades. She analyzes all the issues she sees and acts on them while explaining what type of tests she's sending you for and why this health problem may be occurring. She has lots of experience in the medical field and seems to be more qualified than most. A remarkable Doctor with a capital "D". I'm aware that sometimes she has to spend time with her patients and this puts her behind schedule. Even if our family's appointment is delayed we are willing to wait as long as needed to see Dr. Brett. In terms of front office it's very hard to reach them on the phone. When we called the clinic to check our scheduling we got declined twice after waiting on hold and had to come in person to ask. Doctor is amazing, customer service is lacking.

DR. Ameera Brett is just Fantastic!! We had to wait for 2hours though. But the way she consults, we felt it was worthy to wait. The staffs were friendly and helpful. However, management has to work on maintaining schedule and try to reduce wait time. Thanks

I’ve seen Dr. Tundak for a few years, and she’s the best doctor I’ve had in many years. She takes the time to understand issues to make the proper treatment plans. I am so blessed to have found her and for the first time in decades I’m in the right hands after a near death MVA, she doesn’t mask your problems with meds she figures out how to best treat and manage my unique situation. Thank you DrT, I so appreciate all you’ve done for me.

Excellent front end staff! Everyone is friendly and helpful! My family Dr. Has moved here. Dr. Tundak! And she is very very kind and always helpful! I appreciate all the staff, especially her assistant- Danika… Always helpful and kind. I hope my dr. stays at this clinic because o really enjoy the staffs and the clinic ambiance. Whenever I come in, the waiting area is packed with patients! Which I am not surprise because I’ve heard they have walk ins as well which is really convenient. I will really recommend this clinic for everyone who is close and looking for a very nice and welcoming place. 5/5 costumer service! Good job everyone!

I booked an appointment which was canceled without notice — I was only informed of the cancelation upon arrival. After re-booking the appointment, I arrived at my scheduled time, but still waited in the waiting room for an hour and a half. AFTER an hour and a half of waiting, I demanded a timeline (after asking multiple times prior). I was then informed that I would need to wait for another 45 minutes, totalling two hours and fifteen minutes past my scheduled, confirmed appointment. In my opinion, Dr. Brett is completely unprofessional and discourteous as these delays were understood by the clinic on both occasions, yet Dr. Brett intentionally chose not to inform any of her patients. I would advise searching for another clinic.

Dr. Okunade had a friendly disposition during the entire appointment, but it felt as though he did not take my health concern seriously. I am aware that it is not life threatening, but it is painful when it occurs and requires emergency intervention to relieve it. I do appreciate that he followed through with the whole appointment and went over every concern that I addressed. However, I left the clinic feeling belittled. Perhaps some sensitivity training will benefit him. On the other hand, the front end staff and nurses were polite and efficient.

All the staff is very nice and helpful. Today, I met Dr. Brett, the best doctor, I waited two hours, but it was really worth it because Dr. Brett is a such an amazing doctor of great value. It is really rare for a doctor to treat patients with interest and love like a family, considering all my health problems.I am so grateful that Dr. Brett is my family doctor.
